Recently, lots of my fellow friends in AIA either quitted or convert to part time. Well, likely due to not doing well i suppose. Then there is one sunny day, a particular friend of my also fr AIA. He joined few months later then me. But, one fine day, he come and ask me. Have i ever thought of converting to part time or quit AIA eventually?

hmm that a very good question right? Thou i know, in the current world context, without money is a tough thing to go on for. But, why the first place i join this line? Cause i know of it and prepare to face it. It not that i'm not earning anything right now. Is just that it not to the optimal amount still.

If to quit due to low income. I will first ask this question. Why earn so little? Did i work hard enough? What the percentage of affort i have place into it? I don't want cos of low income and quit. It be like, i know i sure will regret one day. Cause when i turn back or look back, realising actually i didn't put enough affort. Insurance line, first year, usually is a suffer year as we start from scratch. With no basic pay, which makes the matters worst. But, as long as affort and consistence affort are put in, sales will gradually comes in. Eventually will be out of proverty.

In this career, mental strength got to be strong. We can't alway dwell on the particular matter. Moevs on, not that in this world u have only one particular prospect. Along the street there plenty still.

Anyway, today Cat be coming back from hongkong. Do tell me how your trip there k? haha got saw eric anot. =x
