Rest week

Last week, was just a rest week for me. WhY? because my back for no reason hurt for weeks so went to see a doc and was excuse for any physical activity for the whole week. As a result any physical activity they had, i'll be sitting there doing nothing. But lucky, for a week only as this week will be my last week in the course.
Just 5 more days and this fri my course end. This coming week will be a rather slack week too as only tml there be one phyical training after that will be just shooting and some exercise on what we had learned and then it be fri.
Ok la that all. Look forward to fri.
